For NPCA’s No Road to Ambler campaign, I created poster art for a bikeshare marketing effort aimed at stopping the construction of the proposed Ambler mining road in Alaska. The road would cut through wild, untouched lands in and around Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve, threatening ecosystems, Indigenous communities, and one of the last truly wild places in America. The poster was designed to grab attention, spark curiosity, and encourage public action to protect this remote and irreplaceable landscape. The NPCA’s No Road to Ambler bikeshare poster received Graphic Design USA’s American Graphic Design Award in 2023.
